bringing forth your song.

We believe that the fire teaches us how to transform any and all outdated aspects of Self. We connect to the fire as we call forth our Truest Essence and step forward into fully trusting our Voice and allowing ourselves to be seen & heard.
We believe that connecting to the waters is absolutely crucial in this process. We will work with the element of water throughout our cleansing process and continually learn to listen to the teachings of the waters.
Fire
We believe in the power of grounding into the body vessel and connecting to our Earth Mother. We will share daily somatic practices to support the process of landing fully into the body & clearing the channel to bring through your song.
Our retreats provide a safe and supportive space to connect with your inner self. Through the element of Air, we drop deep into silence, sound, medicine songs, and mantra. We create the space for you to tap into your Soul's wisdom and bring it out through song.
